I am a Los Angeles-based actress whose work spans film, television, and theater. Drawn to stories that explore human connection, complexity, and the spaces between humor and vulnerability, I bring an emotionally grounded and deeply curious approach to my work.

A lifelong performer, I began my artistic training in ballet and went on to study Political Science and Psychology, reflecting my longstanding fascination with human behavior and the forces that shape how people see and understand one another. Before pursuing acting full-time, I worked in international affairs, an experience that deepened my appreciation for cultural nuance and the many perspectives that inform the human experience.

I subsequently moved to New York City, where I trained with master teachers and was selected for the Professional Training Company at the Actors Theatre of Louisville and worked Off-Broadway. My theater background continues to inform my on-camera work, grounding my performances in specificity, presence, and a strong sense of ensemble.

Now based in Los Angeles, I am pursuing film and television, with a particular interest in characters who are intelligent, emotionally layered, and often navigating the tension between what they feel and what they reveal. My work is driven by a deep belief in the transformative power of storytelling and a passion for facilitating difficult conversations to create positive change and a more empathetic society.
